Team settings

Open TeamTeam settings in the navigation to manage settings that apply across the entire team.

Only admins can change settings. Members have view-only access.

Behavior when credits run out

Configure what happens when your team's credits run low.

Setting Description
Auto top-up Automatically purchases additional credits when credits run low
Notify only Displays an error and notifies team admins by email

Notifications for credit top-ups

When Send email when credits are added is enabled, admins receive an email notification each time credits are purchased.

Enforcing prompt policies

Toggle Enforce team policies on or off.

  • Enabled — Policies in enforced mode are automatically applied to matching members
  • Disabled — Policies are not enforced. Members can optionally select them on the "Prompts" screen

When this setting is disabled, even policies set to enforced mode are not enforced.

Chat history retention

Configure the chat history retention policy for the entire team.

Setting Description
Auto-delete after 30 days (enabled) Automatically deletes chat history for all team members after 30 days
Disabled Chat history is retained

When this setting is enabled, individual members will see "This setting is managed in team settings" on their settings screen.
